DELIVERY INFORMATION

Poshmove understands the importance of on time delivery of your products in its finest condition. Therefore, we have partnered with some of the most reputed shipping partners in this country to seamlessly deliver your products in the best possible duration.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping is free in all over India.
Additional shipping charges will apply shipping anywhere out of India.
Generally, orders are shipped & delivered within 7-10 working days (within India)and in 10-15 days (International Shipping), however since some of the products are made-to-order hence please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines.
If your product parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. You can whatsapp at +91-8800944416 or mail us at info@poshmove.com mentioning your order number and we shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement is made to you at the earliest.

Cash on Delivery Policy:

COD orders are confirmed by us through email/text or whatsapp/ call.
An additional charge of INR 50 is applicable on all COD orders.
We do not do any alteration or do any customization.

Tracking your order:

For every order dispatch from the Poshmove an email is sent across to customer confirming the relevant order dispatch.

In case your address falls a location that is not served by our delivery partners, Poshmove team will contact you and find an alternative solution to make sure your order reaches you.
