RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE

We are committed to make your shopping experience stress free and delightful altogether. However, if you do not find the product satisfactory and wish to exchange it, our easy to exchange policy will help you to do so.

• An exchange request has to be placed within 2 days from the date of delivery of the product via mail or WhatsApp. Exchange can only be done in case there is an issue with the size. We'll deliver the exchanged product within next 7 working days.
• Once we receive the request, we shall send across a mail stating confirmation your exchange request for size and we will send you the same product in the desired size. We have free reverse pick up option available at most pin codes.
• All COD charges are non-refundable.
• After we receive the product that needs to be exchanged, we shall send an email confirming the same. You are expected to receive the new size of the same style within next 7 working days. In case, the size is unavailable for the ordered jacket, you will be notified and further will be asked to exchange from the available product range.
• We also make sure that the information regarding the bank accounts of the customers will remain private and confidential.
• Products purchased on Discount/sale or has customization are NOT eligible for any Exchange.
• No returns/refunds entertained.

 

Note for Exchange

• The items should be unaltered, unused and unwashed.
• It must not carry any stain, sweat or body odour on it.
• It must not be torn or damaged.
• The price tags, paper tags should be unaltered manner.
• The packaging and folding should be intact.
• The product must not be washed or dry cleaned.

 

Cancellation

• If you wish to cancel your order contact us on info@poshmove.com within 24 hours of confirming the order.
• Any cancellation requests made after 24 hours, will not be eligible for cancellation.
• If the request approved, then the refund will be provided. It'll be credited back to the original payment method/bank account within 7 days.
